This front wiper motor was removed from a 2009 MK1 Ford S-MAX Titanium TDCI 5 Door MPV In Black With A 1.8 Litre (1753CC) QYWA 125 BHP 4 Cylinder 8V Diesel Engine And A 6 Speed Manual Gearbox.

Suitable for other year's from 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 if the part number is the same.

Bosch 1 397 220 603, CEP 0930118939 part number's are found on the wiper motor.

Bosch 3 397 021 163 and Ford 6M21-17504-DB part number's are found on the linkage mechanism.
